Consent to storage and processing of personal data

In accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I give my consent to VIRA-NCH LTD, with the location: 423800, Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Lineyniy proezd, building 8, office 312, to the processing of personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, including automated, of my personal data in a specialized electronic database of my contact data, which can be used by VIRA-NCH LTD when registering, when informing me about products and services, offering me products and services of VIRA-NCH LTD, and in order to participate in surveys/questionnaires, conducted by VIRA-NCH LTD.

I agree to be registered, to provide me with information and offer me products, surveys, questionnaires, by means of telephone appeals, SMS-messages.

This consent is valid from the moment of signing this application during the period of providing services by VIRA-NCH LTD and five years after the termination of these services. Upon expiration of the said term, this application shall be deemed extended for each of the following five years, provided that VIRA-NCH LTD has no information about its revocation. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to VIRA-NCH LTD (Mailing address: 423800, Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny, 20010).
